Established in 1990 in the picturesque valley; Lost Lake Wines is owned and operated by the Masters Family who moved to the area in 2006.

The 46 acre property produces premium award winning cool climate Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot. Our 8 hectare vineyard surrounds the rustic double storey limestone and cedar building, bringing the romantic feeling of the changing season?s right to the door. The 4 acre lake in front of the restaurant attracts an abundance of birds and provides a beautiful backdrop, catching the reflections from the surrounding trees and sky.

THE DECK RESTAURANT is a stunning fine dining experience in a relaxed vineyard environment. Sample some of the area's finest produce prepared by our acclaimed Chef Paul Griffin and enjoy the wonderful view overlooking the Lake. A great venue for any special occasion. ~ Duck Liver and Cointreau Pate with Orange Jelly, served with garlic crustini and a side salad

~ Filo Parcel balsamic caramelised onions with goats cheese wrapped in filo pastry served with fresh salad leaves

~ Seared Marinated Scallops and Venison Chrorizo on a pea, marinated feta and mint salad dressed with a mint vinegar dressing

~ Beetroot Risotto with Roaring Forties Blue Cheese served with a side salad drizzled with balsamico

~ Whole Field Mushrooms filled with Goats Cheese and Garlic, topped with a herb and garlic crumb with fresh salad leaves OR today's seasonal vegetablesdrizzled with roast capsicum aioli

Free Range Chicken Breast, filled with a sundried tomato, basil and olive tapenade, on cannellini beans with gremolata and market vegetables

~ Caramelised Roast Pork Belly infused with a sauce of cinnamon, cardamom and orange marmalade served with seasonal vegetables and garlic roast potatoes

~ Grilled Local 250g Beef Eye Fillet served on Pemberton potatoes, bacon and scallion colcannon, capsicum and tomato relish, and market vegetables
