By using our BOOK ACCOMMODATION service you agree to the following:
A $2.50 BOOKING FEE WILL NOW BE ADDED TO EACH BOOKING.
Payment in full is required within 48 hours of confirmation from us either by phone or email otherwise the booking will be cancelled without any further notice.
A $22 ADMIN FEE, (WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE) WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL CANCELLATIONS IN ADDITION TO THE OPERATORS CANCELLATION FEE
All monies must be paid to the Pemberton Visitor Centre when booking through our website.
If you are paying by cheque or money order, you must let us know and this must be received within 7 days of confirmation otherwise the booking will be cancelled as above.
Please remember that your booking, even though it is confirmed is NOT secure until payment has been recieved in FULL. Visa and Master card accepted.
